NIELIT stands for National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology. A computer course in NIELIT can never be equivalent to a BCA course because bachelors in computer application is a three year duration Bachelors Degree Course, while NIELIT offers just certificate courses for helping you in gaining skill and knowledge regarding computer and it can never be equivalent to value of a degree as it is just a certificate course.
