Yes, if you have studied on the NIOS board, you are eligible for the 85% seat quota of state universities. State counseling for state fee vacancies (85%) and private colleges, including admin fee vacancies, is conducted through the state advisory authority. Candidates who are from that particular state and meet all the eligibility criteria along with the twelfth grade grades, age limit, have passed the twelfth exam from a recognized board of education, and are eligible to apply. therefore, even if you have studied on the NIOS board, you are eligible for the 85% seat quota of the state government college quota.
