Honestly both are similar in teaching sense. But doing case in warangal is a Proud issue. If one wants to develop their technical skills or us very innovative NIT warangal is best for you and will improve you anyhow you have a very strong alumni base and also get a huge support them. And regarding the placements let's go branch wise-

1-CSE: Huge software vompanies will come to offer like micrisoft, adove, directrdirecti, Cisco etc. Even some investment bankbankers like goldman Sachs arrive at the very first month of the placements. And at the end of year all most all the student gets placed. So the average salary is-10lakh per annum per student.

2-EEE: Here not all get placed but the majority gets placed definitely. Out of 120 people 80-100 will get placed for sure. The average salary is 7 lakhs per annum per student.

3-ECE: Here out of 120 student more than 100 gets placed which is a good sign I guess.the average salary is 6-8 lakhs per annum.

So, I better suggest you to go with cse branch as package is awesome as well the course and faculty.
