Is NITCET tough? Is it important to prepare for it if we want to do MCA?

I hope you are doing good. As per your query, I would like to inform you that NITCET name is NIMCET which is conducted to give admissions in NITs and some universities for mca. You need to score a minimum rank of below 1000 to secure a seat in any nit so it is important to prepare for it. Start focussing on maths sections because it has 60 percentage in whole exam .
