Placement wise the Nitte Meenakshi college holds a really good placement record and has been ranked 128 by NIRF. it has a NAAC Score : Grade: A+ | CGPA: 3.33/4.
It has a campus size of 23 Acres and provides the following facilities: Facilities: Boys Hostel,Girls Hostel, Gym, Cafeteria, Library, Hospital/Medical, Tansport

Hi you have modified the question and asked about communication also. The college has an active Training and Placement cell which provide Training programs by experts to facilitate the students to develop and mould themselves into competent professionals, and provide training in team aptitude and soft skills and Beginning from the 5th semester students undergo rigorous corporate readiness programs; these programs are conducted in parallel to their academic program.
Also to improve upon your communication skills I would suggest that you talk to your friends and teachers there in English and read books in English and watch the news in English. Also I am sure you will get opportunities like seminars, etc where you can participate and gain more confidence, Do not let go of any such opportunities.
