Hello,
The dress code is released by Authorities conducting NEET. As per the code, Trousers are asked to wear but students prefer jeans too. So you can wear Jeans there will be no issue in it. Keep Mask, sanitizer, Pure water and social distancing in consideration while travelling to examination.
