You have to submit the mentioned documents during NEET 2021 application process as well as NEET at the time of admission/counselling so you need it both the times.

In detail, you need following documents with you throughout the NEET process from filling up of application form to admission in the college so make sure to have multiple copies of such document in soft form as well as hard form :-

-->> Left-hand thumb impression

-->> Signature

-->> Self-declaration certificate for J&K aspirants

-->> Category certificate (OBC certificate in your case)

-->> PwBD certificate (if applicable)

-->> Class 10th certificate is required for application process as well as admission process but class 12th certificate us required for admission in college and counselling.

• Photographs should not be with caps or goggles.

• White Background
• Sign with black ink
• The signature must not be in capital letters.
• Size - 4 Kb to 30 KbFormat - JPG
• 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

==>> Left-hand thumb impression

• Blue ink on white paper
• Size: 10 kb to 200 kb
• 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

==>> Class 10 passing certificate

• Size - 50 kb to 300 kb
• 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

==>> Category certificate

• Size - 50 kb to 300 kb
• PDF format

==>> PwBD certificate

• Certificate obtained by the list of centers mentioned in the brochure in Appendix-VIII B
• Size - 50 kb to 300 kb
• PDF format

==>> Citizenship certificate    Citizenship/Embassy certificate or any documentary proof of citizenship in PDF format

• Size - 50 kb to 300 kb

You don't need to submit your class 12th certificate you need it only for document verification. And yes you need to submit your 10th certificate and obc certificate in phase 2 of application form filling process after the neet exam before results or before downloading of your score card.

Here's how you can fill the form

Neet 2021 application form filling is divided into 2 parts/phases. You need to fill 1st part / phase before the last date i. e 06 August 2021 (upto 11:50 PM). The 2nd part/ phase needs to be filled before your neet Result or downloading of neet result/score card , NTA will notify separately later on about phase 2 filling.

Follow the below steps to fill the application form:-

----------)  step 1:-Registration :- First of all visit the official website of neet i. e ntaneet . nic , then you need to click on fill application form and then do the neet registration by filling details like your name, date of birth, mobile number, email id etc to generate your login credentials i. e registration number and password

----------)  step2:-fill the the application form :- Now login using above generated registration number and password, then fill the application form,you need to fill details like your personal details,  your academic details you need to you choose the medium of your Neet question paper , select cities for your examination centre etc

----------) step3:-Upload your documents :- Now you need to go for uploading your documents. Documents to be uploaded in phase 1 of application filling process are :-

• your passport size photograph,(size: 10 kb to 200 kb)

• your postcard size photograph (4”X6”) (Size: 10 kb to 200 kb)

• your Signature  (size :-4 kb to 30 kb)

• your left-hand thumb impression (10 kb to 200 kb )

Documents to be uploaded in part/phase 2 of application process

• Your Class X pass certificate (pdf file , size: 50

kb to 300kb)

• category certificate i. e ews/ obc /sc/st (pdf file size: 50kb to300kb)

• PwBD certificate (pdf file size: 50kb to 300kb)

• Citizenship certificate or Embassy certificate or any kind of Documentary proof for Citizenship certificate in PDF format (file size: 50 kb to 300 kb)

You can pay application fee using Debit Card or Credit Card or Net-banking or UPI or Wallet

• General-EWS/ OBC-NCL :-   1400

• SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender :- 800

• Foreign candidate :-  7500

----------)  step 6:- finally you should take the printout of confirmation page
