No. After you have been allotted a seat you will have to go through the verification process in which your marksheets along with caste certificate will be verified, they will have a list of all castes with their names and other information who are eligible for benefits under OBC in Delhi, If they find out that your caste name is not present in that list, they will reject your OBC certificate and your allotted seat would be cancelled. Even if the counselling is held online the procedure will remain same.
