See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you get seat or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

But although according to the marks you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected in the range of 8850-10500. According to your marks and category you have good chances of getting into both the colleges Gandhi Medical College and Osmania Medical College according to previous year's cut-offs which you can check out from the link given below :-

Last year the lowest cut-off marks for Gandhi Medical College was 505 and for Osmania Medical College it was 504 under Home State quota for OBC category.
