To appear in state counselling for Neet PG exam OBC PWD candidate have to appear for only his on category stream counselling. Yeah she cannot attend gel category seat allotment counselling he or she is a PWD I e. Parsons with disability. Phone no other category counselling he is eligible for to appear.
