is one year is enough for preparing iit from zero level
Sumit, for being able to study in IIT, you have to appear in JEE Advacned. And to qualify for appearing in JEE Advanced, you should score 85 percentile and more in JEE Mains, irrespective of the Category you belong to. And your preparation should start atleast from 11th because you need to either score a minimum aggregate of 75% in your 12th or be in the top 20 percentile to be eligible for JEE Advanced. So if you look at it, one year is not enough. You score good in your 12th, score good in JEE Mains and then you qualify for JEE Advanced. And to get a seat in IIT is no small feat. And JEE Advanced exam goes deep into basics and fundamentals to test your knowledge over the subject. But all said and done, if you can concentrate atleast for 15-18 hours a day without distraction, you might easily get a seat in IIT. Distractions are in the mind and all it takes to drive them away is will power and a belief that you can.
