For BVSC admission you should have passed xii Science with PCB and English as compulsory subject . You must have scored minimum 50% aggregate.
The entrance examination of AIPVT 2020 was scrapped in the year 2017 following which counselling for veterinary colleges is done on the basis of the merit position in NEET.
Yes , admission to 15% All India Quota Seats will be conducted by VCI throu AIPVT counselling on the basis of NEET ug rank. Remaining 85% admissions will be state quota seats . Respective state authorities will conduct counselling for admission to BVSc for state quota seats on the basis of the state entrance exam . It will vary from state to state.

No ,no seat in bvsc is alloted on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th examination.
One thing should be made clear is that class 12th marks has just role in making you eligible for neet examination, it has no role in fetching you a seat in bvsc etc , getting a seat in medical colleges for bvsc etc entirely depends upon your performance in the neet examination
All the seats in bvsc is alloted on the basis of marks or rank obtained by you in your neet examination.
