Hello Aspirant,
Before answering your query I would recommend you to go through the Chapter wise weightage for important topics based on the analysis of NEET UG 2020 which is described below for Physics, Chemistry and Biology :-
@Physics
> Optics - 10% weightage
> Semiconductors- 9%
> Dual nature of matter ,atoms and nuclei-9%
> Thermodynamics -9%
> Electrostatics-9%
> Current electricity -8%
> Electromagnetic Induction & Alternating Current-8%
> Laws of motion & work power energy-7%
> Magnetic Effect of Current & Magnetism-5%
> System of Particles and Rotational Motion-5%
@Chemistry
> Coordination Compounds- 9%
> p-Block, d- and f-Block Elements- 9%
> Thermodynamics- 8%
> Equilibrium -6%
> Chemical bonding and molecular structure-5%
>Solutions- 5%
> Organic Chemistry: Basic Principles & Techniques- 4%
> Alcohols, Phenols and Ethers :-4%
> Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic Acids-4%
@Biology
> Human physiology:- 20%
> Genetics and Evolution:-18%

So after going through the above list we can conclude that if we are good with at least all the important topics mentioned above then it will lead us to at least 50% marks in NEET which means 360 out of 720 or upon maximum stretching it might go till 400 which won't take you to good medical colleges and even you will not be able to get any government medical college through state quota counselling of some states. So I would recommend you to be good with important topics as well as other topics of NEET. For Physics I would recommend you to learn thoroughly all the formulas and this can be only done by practicing more and more numericals on it and for Chemistry, I would strongly recommend you the thorough reading of NCERT textbooks of Chemistry of class 11th and 12th and remember all the topics of NCERT.

hi,
see neet ug is the only entrance test in india to pursue health science related course of mbbs, bds, ayurvedic, unani medicine, homeopathy etc.
however it is quite difficult to predict the important chapters of neet, since it is an mcq based questions can be from any where of the syllabus.
however if you have less time you may first go through the important topics. it would be helpful for you to go through the neet analysis of papers by careers360:
