Is opting for research in pharmacy after completing PhD is good in respect of salary?

It is very good choice. You can do research any medicine , drugs , this give you experience also . Which increase your salary.
As a freshers you get 35 thousands above or 35 thousands per Month it increases and after 3 or 4 year it's around 70 thousands to 85 thousands.
So Starting from 5 Lacs CTC to 40 Lacs depending on quality of your knowledge and work.
