Hello,
The candidate will be confirmed to get provisional admission only after the payment of online admission fee within the prescribed time limit not before that. The temporary affirmation letter will be given hence before.

Hello
Provisional admission letter means you have secured a seat . You have to report in college with this letter and pay the fees and then you are done with your admission.
So go to the college and go through the admission process. The provisional letter is just for securing seat in that particular college.
