Hello Priyanshu, yes, Patna college does offer a BBA course. It has both B.A and B.A(Hons). It's a three-year course which runs for 3 years. The fee is around 60,000. There is a total of 60 seats in this course. You'll earn a honors degree at the end of this 3-year course.
