Is PCB mandatory for biotechnology course BSC in Ferguson

Hi Chinmay, Yes it would be a mandatory part if you choose to go with Biotechnology course. And yes, if you have studied Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology you can go for BTech Biotechnology. Biotechnology is all about using concepts of Biology for tweaking and modifying biological systems, cell structures, biological processes, etc so that they can be used in engineering and technology related applications to improve and enrich various sectors such as healthcare, food processing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, etc and solve problems arising in these sectors. Hi aspirant,

For doing course of bsc in biotechnology you need to have physics, chemistry and biology as you main subjects in class 10+2.You also need to score a minimum of 60% to be eligible to apply for this course. Course in india is available at average fees of 1 to 3 lacs varuing at different i stitutes. Hope you are clear with it
