I guess you're going to choose Biotechnology at IPU. Yes, you're eligible for studying B.Tech Biotechnology if you're a PCM student of class 12. In the required educational qualificaton, it is only stated, you should've minimum aggregate of 55% in PCM and passed in each subject. You can goto this link for more detils -
