Pandit Deendayal Energy University, formerly Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, is a private University at gandhinagar. They offers admission to various undergraduate courses like BA, B.com, BBA, B.tech etc.  candidates have to submit the PDPU B. Ahmedabad University is also a private University in Gujarat. They also offers done above mentioned undergraduate courses.Ahmedabad University comprises three schools and five centres that collectively offer more than 30 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the fields of Engineering, Commerce, Humanities, Management and Sciences. The University also conducts PhD and diploma courses. Candidates who have completed their 12th are religible for applying undergraduate courses. Admission is based on murt or interview conducted by the University.

Both universities are great. PDPU has wonderful campus life and average academics. Ahmedabad University is also good for their academics and great faculties. If you wanted to do BCom hons. Both universities are great choice. Ahmedabad University have more experienced faculties. Bhoot University have their pros and cons.

Comparatively, AU will be a great choice.
