The pass certificate and/or marks or pencentage result of class 12th is required during JOSAA counseling. If your board percentage covers the criteria of being in the top 20 percentile of your educational board, then also the marks certificate is required whereas the top 20 percentile cutoff for each board is available with the officials to make a decision.
