Is petroleum or punjab university better in point of education and placement?

Panjab University, probably the most seasoned college in India has been positioned among the top Universities in the country by every one of the positioning organizations. It offshoots 194 universities and 6 constituent schools are spread north of four regions of the state Punjab.
The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) was approved by the MHRD and launched by the Honorable Minister of Human Resource Development on 29th September 2015. The parameters broadly cover teaching, learning, and resources; research and professional practices, graduation outcomes, outreach and inclusivity, and perception.
College placements are good, many students get placed. Some prominent companies that come for campus placements are Exon Mobil, Shell, Vedanta, Cairn Oil, Gas, etc. The highest package that is offered is around 12lacs/year and the average package is around 6lacs/annum.
