PG is not always necessary is what most people believe. but doing a PG gives you more knowledge in the subject and also the employer will assume you will have good knowledge in work too. so getting job becomes easy. but the salary completely depends on how you work in the company.
best job depends on your choice. if you work well even only with UG, you will get it. other wise even if with PG, no
