Is PGCET exam of Karnataka, for post graduation written for Mtech in engineering or only through GATE exam.

Karnataka PGCET exam is conducted for admission to M.Tech course in the affiliated colleges.
Admission is also done on the basis of GATE scores. Candidates with valid GATE scores need not appear for PGCET exam.
