Is pgdm better than mba or mba is better than pgdm? M in a confusion plz help me

Pgdm is better than mba, as Post Graduate diploma in management, colleges teach you according to the latest trends and practices of MNC's and they also train you on practicles like MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint,etc.
whereas, in MBA, the students are taught only those subjects and topics approved by the university, which might be a road block to your success in corporate
