As according to your query , if you are currently a student of pharma D then sorry you are not eligible for medical license now. If you have already done the course then you are eligible for the licence. Otherwise whenever you complete your pharma D degree then yess you are eligible to get the medical license.

Remember this, that you cannot issued more than one license whether you completed your D pharma degree or pharma D. After getting the licence an individual run their own medical shop or can give it to somebody else who wants to run the medical store and can charge a fair amount on monthly basis.
