Is physical education included in calculating best four to get admission in DU 2019.?

Hello,
Music and physical education will be treated as academic/elective only for honours courses in music and physical education respectively. However, including these subjects in the best of four score for other courses may attract a penalty.
Physical Education is an easy subject and lots of students score good in that subject.On choosing Physical Education, there is deduction of 2.5 per cent in the percentage of best of four.

Can I include P.E in best four I wanna opt for BSc botany and I'm okay with 2.5% deduction
