But however if we generalize it, placement guarantee depends on the skills and talent of the candidate because some colleges are there which do not offer campus placement so if the candidate is having required skills and talent then he/she can also appear for off-camus placements means he/she can directly apply to the company. In the other hand some colleges are there which has very good placement records but some students also left there without being placed due to the lack of skills and talents. So it ultimately depends upon your skill level and talent.
