Firstly I would say its up to you if you find comfortable and work hard and manage both then yes it is possible but it is difficult too. In the beginning it seems to be quite easy in managing two vast syllabus but in the exam months like Nov-Dec and Apr- May it becomes difficult to cope up with these situations.Not only exam months but in your daily routine your college homework interfere with your Neet preparation And you can't ignore your college assignments.At once you enter your college you get distractions, influence by seeing your college mates enjoying their college life and you are doing your neet preparations. Sometimes You get depressed by it. And at the end you never give your 100% on D-Day.I tell you the hardships that may come in your way to destination. I don't mean to hurt you.In the beginning of my answer I say- Yes It is possible. If you are fully dedicated and have iron will and do hard-work and than one on this earth who stop you to achieve your success you deserves.
