There is no daily hours fixed or anything guaranteed in competitive exam. The harder you work for it the more you increase your probability of selections. If you are doing 6 hours self study after your coaching classes/school then it's gud. You should be fully focused during that hours. Otherwise totally you should minimum spend 10-12 hours study to get better and better. The more you will practice the question the more chances of getting high score will be there.
Plan your daily routine, give some more tym to your weekend part but you should study all three subject on daily basis. Also biology only carry 50% marks so you should try to get more and more in this.
Still you have very much time just plan your studies and keep doing hard work you will accomplish the target. Don't bind yourself with tym hour limit just give whatever's you can give in upcoming 4 months.

* Follow a routine or timetable :- you can make a routine and religiously follow it and try to give at least around 8 hours to study each day in your routine.
PHYSICS is the toughest part for most of the medical aspirants as it has both numericals and concepts to deal with ,so keep at least 3 hours each day for physics
In Chemistry you have to deal with reactions and learn them and solve questions as well, so give at least 2.5 hours to Chemistry
In biology you have to read, learn and revise again and again, so keep around 2.5 hours for Biology.
*Revise:- revise your concepts, formulas etc at regular intervals . Revision is very important otherwise as you move forward in your syllabus, you start forgetting the concepts you have learned before and you won't be able to perform well in your examination.

How many hours everyday you put isn't important, but how much you are efficient in those hours is important. Now NEET is a tough exam due to its competition and huge syllabus. So you know this very well that to cover the syllabus is tough. Now is it possible or not is a relative question. There are no concrete evidence or cofactor that can entirely rule out the possibility of getting 650+ in NEET just by studying with in short time but it can be hard.
**I would recommend you not to worry about this things and just focus on the studies more than you have ever done. Practice more and more problems and try to cover as much as you can. Don't think about the results just keep on doing. If you think of it really hard then you may get frightened or depressed. So its better not to waste time and keep studying.
