yes previous question paper are enough for the preparation if you have already covered all the syllabus and solid at least a good amount of questions from each of the subject. For example if you are solved any decent book or any decent coaching material then practicing 15 year question paper in the remaining time will be more than enough to get you good marks and secure a good rank.

hi every few thing that when you start from zero and then prepare through 15 year previous real question paper then they will not be sufficient for you however they will give you a general idea of how the exam was structured and you might be able to clear the cutoff and get a decent score but not enough to get you into any good medical College.
