As per the information bulletin of NEET UG 2020, it is mentioned that "Candidates who have passed 10+2 from Open School or as private candidates shall not be eligible to appear for NEET." But as this matter had been subject to High Courts, The provisions of the regulations disqualifying recognised Open School Board candidates. The Medical Council of India has preferred Special Leave Petitions before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and Appeals in the Hon'able High Courts. This is the news for 2020. If the same can be applied for NEET 2021 will only be known when NTA releases Information Bulletin for NEET 2021 which is expected to be released by December 2020.
