Yes. It is neccesary to show the PUC Study Certificate during the document verification. The minimum eligibility criteria for pursuing MBA is to have at least 50% marks in class 10, class 12 and in graduation. Thus, in order to prove your eligibility, you need to show the PUC study certificate to the authorities during document verification of PGCET.
If you have lost or misplaced it, then I suggest you to contact the regional center of the board from where you passed your class 12th and give them your details so that they can issue you a duplicate PUC study certificate. You might even contact the school from where you passed, even they might help you in getting a duplicate copy of your PUC study certificate.
