Hi. Most of the states allow non domicile candidates to participate in their state counselling. This is true for punjab also. To apply, you will have to follow the given procedure:

1. Go to the BFUHS official site and check for registration of counselling

2. Fill in the registration form as a candidate from other state, pay the registration fee and submit the form (also download it for future references)

3. The university will then release a combined merit list. Your name will be mentioned along with your marks, state, and date of counselling

4. You will have to attend the counselling (online/ offline)

As a candidate from other state, you are only eligible for management seats in private colleges which are:

Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana

CMC Ludhiana

PIMS, Jalandhar
