Is qualifying and cut off marks are same.

Qualifying mark says that you are qualified or not in the entrance exam and cutoff score changes with choice of your colleges and branches.

Qualifying score considers to be the minimum marks which you should have to be eligible for the particular course as through this much score there is no surety of getting seat whereas cut off are the marks of the last student who got the seat in the particular course.
