There are various medical exams like NEET,JIPMER or any other and you will have to qualify the exams if you want to get the admission in the colleges categorised in those exams then only you can get admission.

To answer your question specifically, only qualifying NEET wouldn't get you into the desired institution. You'll have to score excellent marks in order to get a good rank in the exam. After the publications of the results of NEET, Army medical college calls for registration from candidates. You'll have to register on their website. And according to the prepared merit list, top candidates are called for further selection processes. There's an aptitude test which is a pen paper based test that checks your math and English skills. After clearing that you'll be called for Interview. Only after you clear the interview, you'll get into your dream institution.
