is quality of eductaion in semi government mbbs colleges good?

Hello,
Education of semi government medical college is good. Their facilities are good campusing also good. Infact they have good equipment like government medical colleges.
Actually every medical colleges are good in education because if they are didn't maintain their quality then MCI board will notice them.
