No, RAIT college is not autonomous. The Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, Navi Mumbai is a private college. However the institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute was established in 1983 and official data of the college says that it provides 100% placement assistance to all students. In 2019 placements, they placed 76% of their students in corporates. 21% students went on to pursue their master’s degree.
