Let me clear you with the confusion. So there are two colleges for Ramaiah. One is for engineering named Ramaiah Institute of technology, Bengalore and other is for medical studies named Ramaiah Medical College, Bengalore.

MS Ramaiah College of Education, Bangalore provides only one course. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Bangalore University, Bangalore. To be eligible for this course candidate should have passed 50% Marks in any Degree / PG from any recognized University, 45% Marks for SC/ST, Cat - 1 & Physically Challenged Students.
