According to me, it is a very good College according to infrastructure, faculties,hostel facilities etc.

Ramanujan College is an off-campus college of University of Delhi. It is usually considered better than many campus colleges of DU in terms of education and faculty and studying environment.
If you do get admission in Tier-1 Colleges of DU then it is better to take admission there. As the exposure you get in your college life matters a lot.
In your undergraduate degree, only "University of Delhi" will be mentioned.
To make the best out of your B.Com. (pass), try to do as many internships as you can. Focus on your academics and extra-curricular activities. Your career will be great and you will achieve heights.
