Reading theory from modules is good if the module is pure ncert based.
For all three subjects NCERT textual knowledge is required.
Especially for biology each and every line of NCERT is important.
Any other lines except for NCERT Book will just give you knowledge.
But only reading modules won't get you good marks.
In order to score good marks in NEET you have to:-

- daily revise all the 3 subjects. Divide the time and revise all 3 subjects every day.
- Not only textual knowledge read and revise important formula
- solve MCQ question with timer everyday and check those answers.
- avoid distractions
- be consistent and be accurate with your answers, avoid negetive marking.
