Is release of notification of aai recruitment through gate 2019 late due to Lok Sabha election?

Their is no news as to delay in release of application form yet
Application form for AAI recruitment through GATE score will tentatively be released in the 1st week of April, 2019. Graduates in Civil, Electrical or Electronics engineering and Architecture will be eligible to apply for the recruitment by AAI through GATE with minimum 60% score.
Application is expected to remain available till the last week of may, 2019. Application Fee of Rs.300/‐ (As per 2018 details) is to be paid by the candidates through ONLINE MODE ONLY. However, the SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Can you please share with us the source of this information? AAI hasn't declared anything officially, so on what's the basis of this information? Was there any RTI filed or anything like that. It would be great if you can share with us.
