is renew my caste certificate is necessary in verification admission admission process at NIT because I have 4 year old ST certificate of Rajasthan and I Live in Gujarat so because of covid19 it is not possible to go to Rajasthan and renew it and I am unable to make it online

Yes it is necessary to have a renewed caste and income certificate for attaching it anywhere with the documents. But at the time of admission you may have to fill the form of undertaking and you will get the time required to get it renewed. You will have with submit the renewed one in your college office within the given date.
Just feel relaxed its not a big deal.
