You need to meet your MRO/VRO to get the residence certificate. It is necessary only if you don't have any institutionalised education i.e, something like studying or appearing for exams privately.

It is not necessary if you produce your study certificates from class 4 to intermediate. In this case your integrated certificate is sufficient which consists of nativity and caste. The same is applied for non local candidates too...

You will need to produce it if you did your some part of schooling in one state/region and another some part in other states/regions. But mostly last 4 consecutive years of schooling is considered to determine your region in this case.

The certificates required for the AP EAMCET counselling are
- Aadhar card
- 10th class long memo
- intermediate short memo
- EAMCET rank card
- Caste certificate
- 6th standard to Intermediate Study Certificate (or)
- Residence Certificate for 10 years (or)
- Residence Certificate of either of the parents in AP for 10 years in case of non-local candidates.
- Income Certificate
- Php/ sports/ NCC/ minority certificate (if applicable)
Or 6th to inter study certificates are enough in place of residence certificate!??
