In my knowledge experience only matter till you get admission into any MBA college. Work experience does matter a lot while sitting for placements after completing MBA/PGDM. The person who has work experience always has an upper hand in the placements rather than freshers and the salary offered to the experienced candidates is more as compared to freshers. But if you are a fresher and presenting yourself in an attractive manner then you can also get a good job.
