Hello there

No, there's no any provision like that if you're having sanskrit in your plus two then only you're eligible for the neet examination. The minimum eligibility criteria for neet examination is that you must have passed 10+2 Or equivalent with physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology and english as a core subjects from any recognized board.
