Is sanskrit necessary to pass in 10th or 12th to get admission in BAMS colleges

No it's not compulsory. But it helps in scoring cause it only has Grammer and some easy stuff. If you don't want Sanskrit then you can take any other subject available alternative to Sanskrit.
