Is SASTRA best or LPU best? I got 10points in IPE and 89.7 in jee and took CSE.

Both the universities are good. Your score is good. You can get direct admission as well as scholarship on the basis of JEE score at LPU.

Lovely Professional University, Punjab is top merging University at present. The demand of LPU University is more than SASTRA. But it depends upon the individual interest in choosing the college which are suitable for them. But both of them are good from my point of view.
