All the colleges under DU are equivalent in terms of education, faculties and facilities.
Since you hv quite a good percentage it is highly advisable to grab du over any state college.
DU is a brand in itself though may be over rated at times but it's worth being part of a brand.
Talking specifically about satyawati college, it is part of north campus and the course you hv mentioned is quite good. The crowd and environment there is quite okay. The College in general is good.

Du has it's oen prestige and stand among the top universities in India. Having a bachelor's degree from du is a matter of pride and honestly at the end it don't even matter from which college of du you graduated. The pnly thing matters is a degree from du. Also satyawati though an off campus college but is very well known for it's faculty and courses.
The college provides great and effective placements. Students can rise and grow by indulging themselves with the best-reputed organisations. The college provides every possible opportunity so that the students with different interests can get the best internships.
The infrastructure of our college is well-planned, clean and hygienic. Proper restrooms and lifts are available for better assistance for students. The playground is huge, and almost evergreen.
So I'll suggest you to go for satyawati college for now. And may even change if you want in further cutoffs of du if you want .
