Yes there is a scholarship scheme working for the students which is divided in two categories
Category I: Merit Based Scholarship Scheme
.
- First 30 students admitted in the programme in the merit order 1 to 30 among the admitted students, would be paid Rs.50,000/- [Rupees fifty thousand only] per annum as Scholarship for the first year of the programme. The Scholarship would be renewed with the same amount (Rs.50,000/-) in the second year also provided the student obtains a minimum CGPA of 3 and the conduct of the student is good during the entire first year.
Category II: Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Scheme.
- The first 30 meritorious students in the merit list of first 100 students, admitted in the programme whose parent`s income is less than Rs.2,50,000/- per annum, would be paid Rs,50,000/- [Rupees fifty thousand only] per annum as Scholarship for the first year of the programme.
- Another 30 meritorious students in the merit list of first 100 students, admitted in the programme whose parent`s income is less than Rs.4,00,000/- per annum, would be paid Rs,25,000/- [Rupees twenty-five thousand only] per annum as Scholarship for the first year of the programme.
- Another 30 meritorious students in the merit list of first 100 students, admitted in the programme whose parent`s income is less than Rs.6,00,000/- per annum, would be paid Rs,15,000/- [Rupees fifteen thousand only] per annum as Scholarship for the first year of the programme.
The Scholarship would be renewed with the same amount (Rs.50,000/-/Rs.25,000/- / Rs.15,000/-) in the second year also provided the student obtains a minimum CGPA of 3 and the conduct of the student is good during the entire first year.
- There is also an education loan portal by the department of higher education (Ministry of human resource development), Govt of India to help the students where you can view, apply and track the education loan applications to banks anytime anywhere by accessing the portal.
