Both Science and Commerce stream are great. But as both of them are different from each other quite a lot you can't just compare them and say one is good and other is bad. The entire thing is relative to your aptitude and future plans.

Science has multiple streams like Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics etc. Now if you want to see the courses after science stream then you can go for Basic Science Course like BS/BSc or in professional course like Engineering, Medical etc. All this courses are either good for academic or for professional life and you can earn really good. The sectors are widely varied.

Now with commerce also you will have a lot of scope in perspective like Taxation, Accounting, Business Laws, Costing etc. This courses have business applications and after course like BCOM or BBA and other courses you can get good jobs.

Thus as you can see that both have equal opportunities. Now in this moment you have to think about your interest. In which field you are interested and pursue that field.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you it totally depends on the student in which he/she is interested in.If we start comparing then we can not compare the both as both streams have there own merits and demerits it totally depends upon one's interest in which he/she wants to pursue one's career.Both streams are not easy one have to study very hard to get good marks and to pursue career. If one have interest then he/she can surely find a way to one's dream job.
